A few things to fill in or confirm before this goes live:
Domain and email — I used placeholders for both since I don’t have Faith’s actual site URL or contact email on file.
Effective date — I left this open rather than reusing the Saldivar doc’s 11/08/2025 date, since this is technically a new policy for a new site, not a copy of the old one.
Not legal advice, worth a real review — I adapted the structure and substance you gave me, but a privacy policy should actually match what the site does (which analytics tools, which vendors, whether you’re running Meta/Google ad pixels, etc.). If your actual tracking setup differs from what’s listed here, it needs to be updated to match, and Texas has its own data privacy law (TDPSA) that could apply depending on your data volume, worth a quick attorney or compliance check before publishing, not something to guess on.
This is separate from the TREC pages. This privacy policy covers data practices. The IABS and Consumer Protection Notice from the last page cover brokerage representation disclosures. Both are required, neither substitutes for the other.
