Hi, I’m Faith Howard, and real estate isn’t something I picked off a list one day. It’s something I grew up watching be executed. My grandmother, Nadine Halstead, sold homes in Denton County long before I was born, so when people ask why I do this, the honest answer is that it’s in my roots.

I’m a licensed Texas Realtor with Keller Williams Realty in Flower Mound, Texas, and proud to be a member of the Saldivar Realty Group, serving Denton County and the greater North Texas area. But before any of the titles, I’m a wife and a mom of two (with a third one on the way), living the lake life, small town version of North Texas that I get to help other families find too.

I grew up in Frisco, and today I own a home in Denton, so when I talk to you about a neighborhood, it’s not something I read off a listing sheet. It’s somewhere I actually know natively.
